Since the beginning of May, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has conducted 222 batches of products in 165 production enterprises such as children's toys, children's furniture, baby carriages, student uniforms, children's clothing, children's shoes, and baby diapers in Chengdu, Meishan, and Mianyang. A comprehensive analysis of the supervision and sampling of children's consumer goods and the test data since 2013 has confirmed the “red-black list†of the “Sichuan-made†children's consumer products.
The reporter found that the enterprises that entered the "black list" involved three areas of children's shoes, children's clothing and children's furniture. The main unqualified problems of leather shoes were wear resistance and appearance quality. The main problems of furniture were warning signs and edges and tips were unqualified. The main problem of clothing failure is the fiber content.
