1. Printing features

Second, personal photos or product advertisements indoors or outdoors are not only required to have large format, but also have good definition and high appreciation value, such as indoor photo paintings or advertising light boxes.

Printing products are mainly large-scale propaganda products, and they have high strength and long service life. Therefore, the number of copies of inkjet products is small, and often only one or several pieces are produced. Compared with ordinary printed matter, inkjet products have a long production cycle, good product quality, and substrates and inks have good water resistance and lightfastness, and have a long shelf life. Even if they are outdoors, their service life is at least six months.

3) Diversity of substrates

The media used for inkjet printing include advertising cloth, glossy photo paper, PP adhesive, synthetic fabrics, and high fineness silk. These substrates have the performance advantages of good surface quality, high strength, long-lasting durability, and are suitable for outdoor use or long-term indoor preservation. If you create a light box, you can choose general advertising cloth; if it is a general photo or light film, then the use of glossy photo paper, PP adhesive and synthetic cloth is sufficient; if it is a wall calendar, high-end album or personalized photo of the main class of interior decoration Products can use high fineness silk cloth.

2. Printing process

1) inkjet printer

The inkjet printing method is most typical now, but there are also various inkjet types represented by thermal, thermal transfer, electrostatic, inkjet, and laser technologies. Large-format inkjet inkjet printers occupy the global market rapidly with its outstanding performance and low price advantage, and are widely recognized by users. They have become mainstream devices in the industry.

2) Ink

In order to ensure that the ink is discharged, the viscosity of the ink should be relatively low. Ink is a high-quality inkjet ink, and the material cost is high. The pigment type is solvent-based and has a long-lasting color. The outdoor use period is about 2 years. The ink cartridge is the main consumable for inkjet printing. The color rendering method is CMYK subtractive color mixing. 3. Printing and photo

However, since the inkjet products are often viewed from a distance, the image resolution is not so high, and the output image resolution is 30 to 45 dpi. Photo is generally suitable for indoor use, the output screen is generally only a few square meters. The maximum size of the photo machine is within 7.5m, and the output resolution is high, which can reach 300-1200dpi. Compared with inkjet, the photo speed is slower, but the image quality is better. Photo can use CMK mode or RGB mode.
