(3) Color processing of images, pictures, halftone image series, etc.

The most common problem is color. There are many reasons why the final result is not as expected, and one of the reasons is probably related to the printing ink and the printing method. The same dyes are printed in different ways and with different thicknesses of media, resulting in different color effects; even if the dyes are the same, they are produced with different printing methods and the brightness of the colors is not the same.

First of all, we need to clearly input the source of the image, such as: CD-ROM document, scan input document, digital document and so on. Different colors have a specific color space. We need to define the color space of the image. If the color is empty, we must assign PROFILE (color management document) to the document in a color space. Only then can we use multiple machines to print. The same color and make the colors close.

After finishing the setting of the color space, we have to check the quality of the pattern document. A lower-precision document cannot print good, fine patterns. In general, the pattern printing accuracy can not be less than 100 dpi, otherwise there may be blur or mosaic effect.

Select the important color of the pattern on the computer, such as: human skin color, sky color, fruit color, etc., check the value of CMYK, adjust the color on the color card, and enter the printing stage after adjustment.

(4) black and white patterns

Before printing the black-and-white color pattern, the document needs to be processed. First, the pattern is converted into a grayscale document, then converted into a CMYK document, the C, M, and Y channels are deleted, the pattern level on the K-channel is enhanced, and printing is performed after the save. .

If we do not delete the C, M, and Y channels, we can use CMYK four-channel printing to print darker blacks. In fact, some fabrics have too much ink after printing on the four channels of CMYK. After finishing the post-processing, the color ratio is only The K channel prints lighter colors. At the same time, the CMYK four-color channel can not be consistent with the gray print. Therefore, it is recommended that only the K-channel be used (black uses black plus light black and the level transitions are better).

Printing

(1) Determination of spray shrinkage

The elasticity of the knitted fabric is relatively large, and the tension will undergo a certain elongation. Since the fabric is subjected to a certain tension during the sizing process, there is a certain shrinkage after the temporary setting of the sizing. In order to obtain the stable size of the final printed product, the printing pattern must be scaled in the computer. The specific shrinkage rate can be determined according to the actual process test results.

(2) determine the correct "RIP" and "color management"

RIP is the conversion of the print data into rasterized images or dots so that the inkjet printer can print it on the media and receive the print data in descriptive language or vector images. Manufacturers of paper, film, and ink have experience formulas to make a range of substrates and inks. Therefore, if the same "component" is used, ie the same printer, paper, ink model, and software settings, the effect of reprinting an image should theoretically be the same as that printed previously. However, in fact, a color patch may conform to this law, but an image does not. The cause is wear of the print head, invisible changes on the surface of the substrate, slight inconsistencies in the ink, and the like. All of this does not have a visible effect on the mixing of the colors, but only slightly affects the flow of the ink on the substrate, which absorbs more or less ink than before. In fact, as the basic color (primary color) of the monitor, "real" red, green, and blue do not exist, and these colors and reference lines are different depending on the model. We can even see more blue and green bizarre phenomena on the printer: For a certain image, a printer can print an image with balanced contrast, but when printing with another printer, ink drops appear. Even with the same printer, this phenomenon can occur: for a certain image, the print on a substrate (such as waterproof paper) is very beautiful, but when printed on another substrate (such as silk fabric), there will be drops Ink phenomenon, not to mention the difference in color.

The goal of "color management" is to ensure that for the same scan image, the printouts on the two different matrices are the same without manually adjusting the color.

Before starting printing, setting up the appropriate "RIP" and "color management" documents is a necessary step to achieve the above objectives.

Select different printing accuracy according to the pattern

When printing a pattern, the higher the precision of printing, the better. Different fabrics and patterns can use different printing accuracy. The reason for this is that when printing some of the less demanding patterns, higher precision is used, the effect after printing is not much different from the effect of using low precision, and the speed is quite different. Therefore, choosing the right printing accuracy will help improve work efficiency under the premise of ensuring quality.

Post-printing fabric placement

After the printing of the fabric, due to the production arrangement, it is sometimes impossible to steam immediately. In order to prevent evaporation of water during the placement process, the vaporization color of the fabric is affected, and it is usually required to be closed, dried, and cool.

The Application of Belt-guided Digital Printing Technology in Cotton T-shirts

With the continuous development of computer software and hardware technology, nozzle technology, mechanical and electronic technology, and fabric processing technology, Hangzhou Honghua Digital Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a more practical and efficient digital image based on the advantages of traditional printing machinery. Jet printing technology - belt-type digital inkjet printing technology. This technology mainly has the following characteristics: (1) After the sizing treatment, the fabric can be affixed on the conduction belt in a smooth manner, and the ink is regularly fed into the cloth under the control of the software during the jet printing, thereby reducing the curl of the cloth when the original pressure wheel enters the cloth. From the shortcomings of wiping the nozzle, the printing quality rate is improved; (2) The height of the whistle can be withered (2mm-1.2cm), which can satisfy various woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, velvet fabrics (towels, wicks) Velvet, velvet, etc.), as well as the stamping of clothing pieces; (3) drying with hot air after printing, to avoid the [color of dyes. In order to better promote the development of digital printing technology, Honghua Company: The factory set up a digital printing fine crystal demonstration workshop in April 2003 - a digital output of 2 000m2 per day composed of 20 belt-guided digital jet printers. Printing product line.

Pure cotton knit T-shirts are the preferred choice for casual wear because of their softness, elasticity, breathability, moisture absorption, and casual wear and comfort. Printing clear and realistic personalized patterns on T-shirts can satisfy people's demand for embarrassment, and overcome the disadvantages of traditional offset or heat-set ink printing, such as hard to touch, airtight, and easy to crack, and digital inkjet printing. This is a drawback, and the printing costs are close.
