Boys will exhibit eight injection molding machines during Fakuma October 18-22. These 8 sets of injection molding machines represent Boy's different product lines, reflecting the company's advantages in terms of miniaturization design and automation solutions.

The BOY 12A injection molding machine will produce micro-gears through a two-cavity mold that weighs only 0.0009 grams. As the world's first 12 mm plasticizing system, this equipment has absolute advantages for the application of such miniature parts. Thanks to the small screw diameter and optimized geometry, the dwell time of the material in the 12 mm plasticizing system is reduced by approximately 50% compared to the conventional 14 mm system.

BOY 35 VV injection molding machine is designed for vertical injection and vertical mold clamping structure, and its automated operation display will be another highlight of BOY booth. The machine has a clamping force of 350 kN and is equipped with a two-plate clamping system that will be used to produce the blades. The compact design of the fixed lower plate and the complete machine shows a clear design advantage. All peripherals are integrated on the machine to save space.

BOY 90A injection molding machine (clamping force 900kN) will demonstrate the in-mold labeling process.

In the booth of its partner company, another five BOY injection molding machines will be displayed, namely BOY 12 A, BOY 22 M VV, BOY 35 A, BOY 55 A and BOY 90 M injection molding machines. These models will also be used to demonstrate their use. Effectively demonstrates the high efficiency of the two-plate clamping system.
