Two aspects of work should be taken care of:
On the one hand, the equipment must be carefully maintained. This is the key to ensuring the good condition of the equipment. Since our factory introduced such equipment from abroad for the first time, its price is relatively expensive, which has raised the awareness of equipment management and maintenance of enterprise leaders and employees, and formed a comprehensive management of equipment, production and technology under the leadership of the factory director. The management method has changed from the traditional way in the past to "lifetime" management of equipment; the management function has also changed from simply ensuring production to strengthening product maintenance with product quality as the center. Operators are required to abide by the equipment operation regulations, adhere to the "regular warranty, fixed warranty and full warranty" on the equipment, so that the equipment meets the "four requirements", and include equipment operation and maintenance in the piece-rate salary assessment. During the production process, the operating workers must strictly abide by the operating regulations, and the management organization implements the working methods of the equipment "daily evaluation, weekly inspection, monthly review". It is stipulated that for the equipment "daily insurance, weekend insurance, and monthly comprehensive insurance", the assessment team composed of the head of the workshop and the foreman of the foreman will assess each class every day. Take 50% of the piece-rate salary as the equipment use and maintenance assessment. According to the assessment of five grades A, B, C, D and E, if the use and maintenance are found to be unqualified, the penalty will be deducted according to its severity. Serious violations of equipment maintenance regulations may even cancel the day ’s output. Because the equipment maintenance and output are linked, the equipment maintenance is implemented and the production output and quality are guaranteed.
On the other hand, we must improve the quality of personnel to achieve the correct use of equipment. To do a good job in on-site management of equipment, the personnel factor is the first. The technical level of production workers and maintenance personnel is not high, and frequent changes in management personnel are not conducive to work. Therefore, while pre-employment training for production workers and maintenance personnel is done, knowledge of production process, equipment performance, structure, maintenance, management, etc. should also be imparted to them. For managers, post training should be used to enhance modern management knowledge to meet the ever-evolving management needs of business forms. After passing the job training, it is necessary to establish a job responsibility system and implement the management method of "two ginseng, one protection and three connections". Namely: the production workers participate in maintenance, and the maintenance staff participate in the production of "two parameters"; guarantee the production of "one guarantee"; equipment maintenance and improve product quality, increase output, reduce costs, "triple". In this way, one-stop equipment management of on-site command, post responsibility, economic assessment, and management control is formed in on-site management, so that production and maintenance can be connected and improved with each other, and the high speed, high quality, high The goal of profitable production.
Second, the commercial form printing process management
There are many types of printing on commercial forms and high requirements. In addition to judging the product from the aesthetic point of view of the product, it also needs to evaluate whether the product size is qualified from the processing angle. Therefore, users should formulate different process requirements according to different printed parts, strictly control the quality, and strictly organize production.
(1) Production method
According to the size of the production batch, it can be divided into two ways. First, the products with multiple varieties and different printing quantities are generally produced by: web paper → offset printing → perforation, ridge line → folding → page matching → numbering → packing. The second is a large batch of commercial forms. The production methods are: web paper → offset printing → perforation, ridge line → rewinding → page matching → printing number → tearing single sheet or matching into continuous paper.
(2) Production process management
1. Production process: notice → plate-making (including: typesetting, imposition, photography, printing) → preparation of production materials → printing → page matching and coding (or tearing single sheets) → finished product processing and leaving the factory.
2. The setting of the process notice: The process notice is a product processing order, which includes the number of prints, paper types, quantity, plate-making requirements, price, etc. Compared with the notice of production of general printed products, the notice of printing process of commercial forms has its particularity. In addition to the necessary columns for the regular printing production notice, there are also necessary process descriptions, such as the number of lines, the method of horizontal and vertical ridge formation, and the position and arrangement of the number. The notice must be printed like the operating instructions, and should be accompanied by printed proofs, which should be expressed in text on the proofs to avoid misunderstandings between the orderer and the actual operator.
3. Plate-making: Commercial forms are generally used in commerce, banking, transportation, post and telecommunications, enterprises and institutions. Most of these forms have tens of thousands, thousands, hundred, yuan, angles, and cents. Therefore, the specifications and size requirements for plate-making are absolutely accurate To avoid overprinting or misalignment of aperture. When imposition can be made with imposition grid paper, the "+" line should be used to mark the position of the ridge line and the hole position, which is convenient for overprinting during printing.
4. Requirements for paper and environment for printing business forms
(1) Paper requirements: The moisture content of paper for commercial forms should generally be controlled at 4% -5%, the paper pulling force is 3-7kg, and carbon-free copy paper is generally used. In order to ensure product quality, the selection of materials in the production process plays an important role in the process of printing products. Because the technical parameters of paper of different manufacturers are different, especially multi-line printing, it is difficult to speculate if the negative effects on the product quality caused by the use of paper of different brands. On the one hand, if you use paper from multiple manufacturers, the carbon-free paper's visualization effect is difficult to identify; on the other hand, because the paper expansion and contraction rate of each manufacturer may not be exactly the same, it can't be collated and will make the printed product scrapped. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the selection of printing materials. It is best to choose one or two manufacturers with more reliable quality as long-term partners, which is conducive to the adaptation process of both parties to paper.
(2) Environmental control: The requirements for humidity and temperature in the printing of commercial forms are particularly high. Usually the temperature should be controlled at 20 ℃ -25 ℃, and the humidity should be controlled at 60% -80%. When produced in a workshop condition without constant temperature and humidity, the printed product should be covered with a plastic bag and immediately paginated. It should not be placed for too long to prevent the expansion and contraction of the paper caused by temperature and humidity changes, which affects the product quality.
5. Printing
In addition to controlling the ink and ink balance and printing pressure in commercial computer form printing, cleaning PS plates and blankets in time to ensure that the ink color is basically the same, it is more important to measure its quality from a processing perspective. Because the accuracy of processing directly affects the use of computer forms.
The processing size of commercial forms is an important part of quality control. It is mainly manifested in the following two aspects: on the one hand, whether the length between the links is the same, which is mainly controlled by the paper tension control device, and measured by the hole position detection ruler. Generally, a ruler with a hole or a nail length of 2m will be randomly provided to measure the tension of the paper, correct the tension in time, and keep the tension stable. The other is whether the length of the side hole size is standard. Generally, the standard computer printing paper has a ridge line (as shown) to the edge of the paper of 0.5inch, the diameter of the hole is 4mm, and the edge of the hole to the edge of the paper is also 4mm. These dimensions must be kept accurate. Too large or too small will affect the use of computer printing paper. If it is too small, it will easily cause the edge of the paper to break, and if it is too large, it will make the printing paper difficult or impossible to feed. The edge hole size is mainly controlled by the paper edge positioner. Other aspects, such as the depth of the horizontal ridges and whether the perforated paper scraps penetrate, etc., will affect the use of computer printing paper and must be strictly controlled during the production process.
6. Code matching page
In the production of multi-linked business forms, coding and collating is the final process of computer form paper production. The code collation is completed on the collating machine, and multiple layers of continuous form paper are completed through the collating machine. Generally it can be equipped with up to 8 units. It works by rotating the tooth plate to drive the table hole. In order to prevent the misalignment of the multi-unit tables, the multi-unit tables are pressed together by embossing teeth. Other auxiliary equipment includes cutting sheets, coating confidential envelopes, etc., which are added according to market product demand.
The above is the experience summarized by our factory in the production process of commercial forms for many years, which is for the reference of the peers of various commercial form manufacturers.
