Application requirements

The provincial emergency command center has a number of functional areas such as the command hall, the duty room, and the conference room. The command hall is divided into an extranet and an intranet. The whole system not only needs to meet the transmission, switching and display of audio and video signals in the area, but also must support internal conferences and remote conferences for work command and dispatch. Therefore, the construction of the project needs to meet the following requirements:

First, support common signal access

The center has a variety of signal sources, including cameras, video terminals, computer signals, cable TV, satellite TV, DVD, etc. The system needs to be compatible with different types of signal access and processing, in the command hall, duty room, meeting room, etc. The terminal output is displayed.

Second, with graphics image stitching processing capabilities

The system needs to have the splicing processing capability of graphic images to meet the functions of large-screen full-screen display, multi-window display, screen cutting and splicing, etc. The staff can grasp the situation of local cities and counties as a whole, and can also monitor the local areas. .

Third, the screen can be previewed back

The system needs to preview all video signals in real time on the PC client and touch screen, and can also view the screen at any time according to the needs.

Fourth, remote signal access management

The signal network of the command hall is divided into an intranet and an extranet, wherein the intranet is used for internal conferences and the extranet is used for remote conferences. The system needs to support the access management of local conference signals, facilitate the internal conferences, and support the access management of remote conference signals. It is convenient to quickly start emergency video conferences, dial the prefecture-level city and county sub-sites, and issue emergency measures.

Among them, the inner and outer networks of the command hall are equipped with a 144-channel input and output PRO series matrix, and the duty room and the conference room are equipped with a PRO series matrix of 72 input and output respectively. In terms of management applications, four programmable central control systems are used to achieve centralized control of signals in each functional area and improve system operation efficiency.
