Double-sided adhesive label printing

The double-sided adhesive label refers to the multiple printing on the transparent film to achieve the purpose of double-sided label appearance. There are two commonly used printing methods. Here is a picture of our printed double-sided sticker sample: reverse label.

Multiple ink printing: First, the reverse graphic is printed on the transparent film material (OPP, PET) in reverse color sequence, and then the white ink is printed on the graphic surface to cover the graphic. The ink surface is printed in the normal color sequence on the surface of the white ink to protect the ink, and finally the coating process is used. After the label is discarded and discarded, a double-sided label is formed. Multilayer ink printing is suitable for use on web presses.

Printed using uv ink. Due to the large number of printing colors, it is often necessary to complete two printing operations (such as a six-color printing press and two printing twelve colors). For example, on a platform labeler equipped with a UV rotary screen printing device, double-sided labels can be printed in one shot.

Paper-plastic composite printing: The principle of printing is the same as above. The difference is that instead of printing white ink, the reverse-printing graphic is to cover the white paper with the laminating principle and cover the ink. Then print on the paper to complete the double-sided printing. Paper-plastic composite printing can be carried out on various types of labeling machines. For example, it can be processed twice on an intermittent labelling machine.

The reverse label is a special case of the double-sided label, ie, after the reverse image is printed on the film, only the white ink is printed or the white paper is overlaid, and printing is no longer performed. In addition to double-sided labels can be processed in roll format on the label machine, it can also be processed in a single sheet format. The commonly used method is screen printing.

Double-sided labels are applied to transparent bottles or glass, such as cosmetics bottles, car stickers on the car's driver's cab, double-sided printing technology, one side is glue, the label is suitable for doors, cars and the like. The contents of the glass can be different on the front and back.
