On December 8, 2017, the key project of the Ministry of Transport led by Beijing Jingwei Hengrun Technology Co., Ltd., the full-scale road surface accelerated loading test construction project loading vehicle and operation system project successfully passed the acceptance test of the sample vehicle. In this project, Hengrun Technology is the lead unit responsible for loading the overall design of the vehicle and operating system, the development of the intelligent driving system and the vehicle networking system, and project management. The loading vehicle consists of a pure electric tractor, a traction semi-trailer and a full trailer (including one traction trolley and one loading semi-trailer), with a total load of 96 tons. The pure electric tractor is designed and produced by Shaanxi Heavy Vehicle Co., Ltd., and the trailer group is designed and produced by CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd.

The full-footed loop is a closed circular runway where the driver needs to drive the vehicle to perform long-term loading tests on the loop. This is a boring, boring, repetitive job. Therefore, the customer requested Hengrun Technology to design the loaded vehicle as an intelligent networked vehicle with intelligent driving and formation driving. The intelligent driving and formation driving functions can reduce the driver's working intensity, relieve the driver's fatigue, improve the safety of the loading test, and reduce the energy consumption of the loaded vehicle.
Based on the loading of the vehicle, Hengrun Technology has equipped a multi-function camera, millimeter wave radar, vehicle communication and differential GPS equipment, and the prototype has achieved intelligent driving in the full-scale loop. Intelligent driving features include front collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keeping and automatic emergency braking.
Through the adaptive cruise control system, the vehicle can automatically cruise at a set speed, without the need for the driver to control the throttle and brake pedal. When the current side has a vehicle entering or the front car is decelerating, the system can automatically reduce the speed of the vehicle and keep the set distance from the preceding vehicle.
The lane keeping system recognizes the lane line through the camera and exerts control on the steering wheel. When the system is activated, the driver can leave the steering wheel with both hands to perform activities such as drinking water and taking items; when the driver needs to take over the vehicle, only the turn signal needs to be turned on or Turn the steering wheel system to exit.
The comprehensive application of these two systems effectively reduces the driver's work intensity, assists the vehicle to run stably, and improves the driving safety of high-speed driving. At the same time, the vehicle also has a front collision warning and automatic emergency braking function. In the event of an emergency, the front collision warning system will give the driver a timely reminder, and the automatic emergency braking system will help the driver at the last critical moment.
