Italian company develops stretch blow molding machine

The Italian SIG Group, which has expertise and production experience, has recently developed the SINRGOIA stretch blow molding machine and it has been put into the market. This stretch blow moulding machine is an integral pull-blow moulding and capping machine, which utilizes the principle of single supply, adopts SIGCORPOPLASTBLMAXSE-RIES blow moulding machine, SIGSIMONAZZISTILLJET filling machine and double-cover feeding capping machine, etc. In a single unit, there is no need for conveyor belts or rinsing machines; according to the different requirements of speed, space and capacity, stretch blow moulding machines have buffers and direct transfer systems. The buffer allows the device to empty all bottles at the stop elbow and, if necessary, to connect the labeler. The direct transfer system uses a star wheel to transfer packages between devices.
