North American overpressure paper factory volume increased significantly

According to the Superpress Paper Industry Association, shipments of shipments of Class A overpressured paper in North America grew by 2.9% year-on-year in June compared with the same period of the previous year, with shipments from North American papermakers increasing by 2%, and shipments from Europe. It fell 11.8%. From January to June this year, the volume of A grade overpressure paper in North America reached 865,200 tons, which was lower than the 879,000 tons in the same period of last year. Among them, companies in North America shipped 666.2 thousand tons, which was slightly higher than 653,400 tons in the same period of last year. Shipments from Europe reached 199,000 tons, which was a drop from the 225,000 tons in the same period last year. In June, the factory volume of other overpressure paper was 556,700 tons, which was an increase of 3.4% compared with 539,500 tons in the same period of last year. In June, the output of other overpressure papers was 514,700 tons, an increase of 4.2% year-on-year. Shipments from the European region were 42,000 tons, down 6% year-on-year.

In June, the total shipment volume of overpressured paper in North America was 1.429 million tons, which was basically the same as the 1.41.7 million tons shipped in the same period of last year. The trade association said: In 2004, the annual production capacity of overpressure paper in North America was 2.672 million tons, compared with last year. An increase of 70,000 tons.
