The benefits of pre-printing technology naturally do not have to say, but to truly popularize the application of pre-printing technology, it is necessary to solve a series of problems, in particular the need to develop inks suitable for pre-printing.

Compared with other ink types, preprinted inks require the following features:

High temperature performance
The web pre-printing technology is to print first paper. The pre-printing press adopts the front-receiving and the front-receiving, the printed product remains in the form of a roll, and will be used as a faced paper for processing corrugated cardboard. Afterwards, the printed product is directly loaded onto the corrugated paper production line, and is processed into corrugated cardboard in combination with the paper and crepe paper.

In the process of processing into corrugated board, the printing process is only one step in the process. The printed product can only be regarded as a semi-finished product, and further processing is required to enter the next process. In the production of corrugated board, in order to completely dry the adhesive in the corrugated board, it must be dried at a high temperature. At present, the drying temperature of domestic tile line is basically above 160°C, and the drying temperature of some high-speed tile lines even exceeds 200°C. In this process, the pre-printed pattern ink color cannot be changed. Therefore, the preprinted ink must have better high temperature resistance.

2. Friction resistance

Preprinting is just a processing operation, and printed products must be tiled. During the secondary processing of the tile line, friction between the tissue and the equipment is inevitable, and the printed pattern must not be subject to grinding or even falling. Therefore, the preprinting technology also puts forward new requirements for the friction resistance of the ink.

Before dispensing ink, the most important process is analyzing the original. In the analysis of drafts, the analysis of color on the color draft and the ink used is generally based on the following principles: the three primary colors are the basic colors of all inks, no matter how complex the color, no matter how the change, the total ultra Out of the scope of the three primary colors. In the analysis of the manuscript, it is necessary to make it clear as far as possible whether the manuscript is based on network printing or on-site printing. If you use network printing as the main product, you should focus on the same color when you are dispensing ink; if you mainly use on-the-spot printing, you can focus on the same color when you deploy; if both are combined, then the background and face color when the ink is mixed It must be balanced.

After the color draft is analyzed, the color of the used ink should be analyzed, that is, for any kind of ink, one must be good at seeing the color components. For example, for yellow inks, be good at discriminating whether it has a red phase or a blue phase (or green phase); for a magenta ink, be good at identifying whether it is a yellow phase or a blue phase (or a purple phase); for blue Ink should be good at distinguishing whether it has a red or green phase (or a yellow phase).

Assume that green ink is blended with blue ink and yellow ink. If the green ink has a red phase or the yellow ink has a red phase, the green color of the line will not be dark because this is actually equivalent to adding magenta ink to the blue and yellow ink. , And even if this part of the magenta is very small, it should be the same amount of cyan and yellow according to the principle of color subtractive color mixing black (yellow + cyan + magenta = black), add a small amount of black in the green, the color of course It becomes dark, and brightness and saturation will be greatly reduced.
