Subsequently, the corrugated base paper enters a single-sided machine for corrugation, is coated with an adhesive, and is bonded to the facial paper to form a single-sided corrugated cardboard. After the single-sided corrugated board is made, it is sent to the flyover conveyor by the lifting conveyor, and enters the triple preheater through the brake. Then, the two types of single-sided corrugated cardboard are fed into the gluing machine to be glued, and the inner paper is preheated again, and then the three are entered into the drying equipment of the double-sided unit for bonding and drying. The paperboard is thermally bonded and then cooled to evaporate the water content. After the cardboard is cooled on the conveyor belt, the cardboard is cut horizontally according to a certain specification by a computer cross cutter, and finally sent to the stacker through the conveyor belt and stacked neatly.

The manufacture of corrugated cardboard is very complicated and has a lot of knowledge. In the manufacturing process, there are many factors to consider. Corrugated base paper, temperature, adhesive, speed, etc. are required to be synchronized during production. If one link goes out of control, quality problems will inevitably occur. If the adhesive is not properly proportioned, the temperature of the corrugated roller, pressure roller and heat roller will be insufficient, which will cause the corrugated cardboard to foam, glue off or poor adhesion.
