The "Lithium Battery Power Management System Research" project was commissioned by Changzhou Peng Teng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The system consists of a lower computer and a higher computer. The lower computer adopts a high-reliability single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip of the system, manages the collection of battery cell voltage, temperature, and current in the battery pack, and manages the charging and discharging of the battery pack according to the collected information, and has overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent. Compared with similar products, it has good stability and powerful features. At the same time, the current integration algorithm is used to realize the battery capacity FCC self-learning operation, which is more accurate and more applicable than the algorithm that calculates the power based on voltage. The upper computer adopts VC development, which can realize the functions of data display, configuration parameters and remote control. It is connected to the lower computer through RS232 and RS485 buses. At present, each system can manage up to 16 strings of lithium batteries, which can achieve stable and reliable operation of the system. It can provide safe and reliable power for mobile electronic devices such as notebook computers, communication base stations, electric bicycles, and electric tools. It has broad industrialization prospects.
