1. Pretreatment of sand and dust test specimens If the technical conditions of the specimens are required, the specimens should be pre-treated as required to keep the specimens in a dry state. The dustproof test is part of the most protective test of the housing, usually connected with the proofreading test. Together, after the sample is tested for waterproofing, it must be allowed to dry before being placed in the dust box. If the sample does not specify pretreatment conditions, the sample should be placed under the following normal atmospheric conditions in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.37. the above
A. Temperature: 15°C-35°C;
B. Relative temperature: 45%-75%;
C. Atmospheric pressure: 8Kpa-106Kpa.
2. Samples of sand and dust test boxes are placed in the box. Pre-treated unpackaged samples are placed in the working space of the dust box test equipment. Unless otherwise specified in the test samples, the samples will not be powered during the test. The volume of the sample shall not exceed 1/3 of the effective working space of the test equipment, and the distance between various samples and the dustproof equipment shall be not less than 100MM.
3, sand dust test chamber vacuum installation of different protection grade samples:
A. Protection class is 1P5X. When the shell of the first type (A type) specimen whose pressure in the shell is lower than the surrounding atmospheric pressure during normal use, an air extraction hole should be provided immediately adjacent to the easy-to-change part, and the hose should be used to test the The suction port is connected to the suction port of the vacuum system.
B. Protection class 1P5X, the shell of the second type (B type) specimen whose atmospheric pressure in the shell is lower than that of the ambient atmosphere during normal use. If the product standard specifies the type B shell, the vacuum is not applied to the tested product during the 1P5X test. If the product standard does not clearly specify, the product to be inspected shall be regarded as a Class A housing. Vacuum must be applied during the 1P5X test. Place the specimen in the position required by the specification of the specimen.
C. Samples with a degree of protection of 1P6X shall be evacuated, whether they are Class A or Class B samples.
