Conflicts often occur in the production process: First, the color difference between paintings is large, and mutual interference; Second, the two products are needed at the same time, and it is difficult to ensure supply at the same time. Secondly, it is important that the appearance quality of steel drums is greatly affected due to the fact that there are too many bumps in the process conversion, and it is difficult to meet the quality standards of customers.
In this regard, through analysis and argumentation, it was determined that the investment of 1.5 million yuan was introduced into the hanging spray coating equipment produced by Shanghai Jianya Electrostatic Equipment Co., Ltd. (including a pre-treatment line, four drying tunnels, two spraying rooms and two sets of chain conveyors). ), two complete steel drum production lines are formed, which can be used for the production of two types of drums (paint spray and powder spray) or two barrels (external and inner). In this way, fundamental improvements have been made in ensuring product yield requirements and appearance quality requirements. The specific implementation projects are as follows:
First, the change of the past rolling transmission track conveyor for the rotary upper drive suspension conveyor coating
The rotary upper transmission suspension coating method is to suspend the barrel body and the bottom cover or the barrel body on the rotary conveyor chain with special hooks. The main purpose is to solve the following problems:
1. In the production of barrels, due to the turning and rolling bumps during the process conversion, the deformation of the steel barrels is affected and the appearance quality of the finished steel drums is affected.
2. The rolling type lower transmission is mostly mechanical and pneumatic combined transmission. In the process of conveying work, there are inevitably frequent impact collisions, which are easy to cause damage to the mechanical components (especially the part of the bucket rack and the spray drive mechanism) and affect the normal production.
3. When the lower transmission track is sprayed and sprayed, the rotation of the steel drum is driven by the bucket wheel drive, so that there is inevitably there is a spray defect at the bottom of the bucket, which also affects the appearance quality of the steel drum. It is usually treated by refilling, which increases the labor force invisibly.
The above three problems have achieved the intended purpose by changing the transmission mode and the use of one year, and achieved good results.
Second, the improved implementation of the pre-processing line
In the past, the pre-treatment degreasing, phosphating, and cleaning lines were generally made at a length of 30 meters or more. There are two problems: one is equipment cost, and the other is large floor space. Now the new pre-treatment line has a length of 26 meters. By appropriately increasing the pump flow rate and the number of nozzles, the degreasing, phosphating and cleaning effects of the barrel and the bottom cover of the barrel are ensured.
Third, the improvement of the drying tunnel structure
In the past, the pre-treatment drying tunnel, the test drying tunnel, the inner coating drying tunnel and the outer coating drying tunnel were arranged in a long line in sequence, and the following problems existed:
1. High equipment costs;
2, large area;
3. The heat energy loss is large;
4. Most of the drying tunnel system and combustion system devices are installed on the side or side of the drying tunnel, which is difficult to maintain.
Now the set of newly-built drying tunnels is arranged side by side, that is, the pre-treatment drying tunnel and the test leak drying tunnel are arranged on the left and right sides, the inner coating drying tunnel and the outer coating drying tunnel are set in the middle, according to the actual use situation, the pre-treatment drying tunnel The test leak drying tunnel is shorter than the outer coating drying tunnel and the inner coating drying tunnel. In addition, all of the drying tunnels of the drying tunnel are placed under the overhead drying tunnel. Through the implementation and use verification, the above problems have been well solved, and the heating rate of the drying tunnel is obviously accelerated during the use process, generally it can be raised to 200 ° C in only 15 minutes, and the working efficiency is increased by 50%.
Fourth, the configuration of the new external spray booth
The newly built external spraying room is suitable for the transportation of the rotary upper transmission suspension. We have taken the following corresponding measures:
1. The conveying speed of the rotary upper transmission suspension is adjustable according to the production speed requirement. It is very difficult to realize the coating thickness of the paint film by the rotation of the traveling drive steel drum of the suspension conveyor chain. Drive drive mechanism. In order to avoid the swing of the steel drum and affect the spraying quality of the steel drum, a transition drive mechanism is also provided at the front end of the spraying.
2. Due to the possible absence of the steel drum hanging on the hanging conveyor chain, in order to realize the automatic control of spraying without barrels and without spraying, the electronic induction memory sensing system controlled by PLC is specially set, which is beneficial to reduce The waste of paint is lost. In order to prevent the electronic sensor from being affected by the paint mist and affecting the induction effect, a sub-assisted adhesion mechanism is also provided to ensure the normal operation of the automatic spraying.
3. Considering the configuration of economical external spraying equipment, we selected the mechanical conversion spraying machine produced by a factory in Chongqing for supporting use. After trial use, it achieved good results, and its performance can be compared with imported equipment, which is very stable.
4. As the spraying method is continuously adjusted, improved and improved, the paint mist is reduced as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the spraying quality. By adding a special filter cloth, the original water curtain facilities are eliminated, thereby simplifying the heavy waste paint. Clean up the work.
The newly-built external spraying room has been implemented and used, and all the spraying indexes have met the requirements of relevant technical standards, and have the characteristics of stable performance, high degree of automation, less failure, and low production cost.
Fifth, the rational layout of the entire coating line
It is necessary to use the original conditions to set the whole set of steel drum coating lines as much as possible, and must meet the requirements of process quality requirements and production efficiency. It requires pre-treatment, drying tunnel, cover leak test, and internal and external spray booths in the coating line. Wait for the next order facility to make reasonable settings and layout. In the implementation process, in addition to the pre-treatment facility and the four suspension conveyors as described above, the suspension conveyor is also provided with a variable line setting, that is, the inner spray booth is lived through the orbit in the case of little use. Avoiding the inner spray booth according to the variable line, so that the rotation speed of the barrel is accelerated, which is beneficial to improve production efficiency. After the implementation, the coating line covers an area of ​​only 600 square meters (work space). The installation groups of each facility are both compact and small, and they make full use of the effective space.
At present, after the new coating line is used with the adjusted barrel equipment, the production capacity of the oil packaging drums has increased from 800 to 1200 (and can be improved); the appearance quality of the steel drums has completely reached the user-provided Quality standards have been well received.
