Two Methods of Screen Printing Printing Color Tone

1 Mesh transfer printing method. 2 step printing method. This kind of printing method uses continuous adjustment of originals. When the plate is made, no screen is added. Instead, four shades of shades of shades and a set of flat screen plates are produced for each color of the manuscript. Print overprinting can reproduce the original color tone. In the printing process, the basic principle that should be mastered is that the four printing plates of each color should be printed with a large screen printing plate, and the ink is first printed with a light color ink and gradually darkened. For example, when printing with black ink, first light gray, then gray and dark gray, and finally black.
