Our factory purchased J2205 two-color offset printing presses produced by two Beijing People's Machine Factory in 1984, and it has been 14 years. During these 14 years, the machines were running at full capacity and the printing quality was always good. In recent years, when the crease phenomenon of printed sheets was hidden, the transfer time and printing pressure were checked. No problems were found, and the pressures of feeding paper teeth and impression cylinders were repeatedly adjusted. At the end, what was the reason?
In response to this problem, the author conducted a paper hand-over inspection and found that there were two phenomena in the delivery tooth at the 0 o'clock handover position: First, the swing was not in place, and the impression cylinder grabbed the paper to grab the paper; When the paper teeth are returned to the pendulum, the height of the teeth is not enough, and the dental hooks are flushed against the printed sheets. Paper has cracks and shifts. Both of these phenomena affect the flatness of the paper, which is the main cause of creases in printed sheets. However, what is the reason for this phenomenon? After analysis, I believe that there are problems mainly with the paper-handling structure and we must inspect it step by step:
1. First, run at a low speed, touch the paper mold by hand to check if there is a sense of jitter, and then use the crowbar to move the paper to determine whether there is movement.
2. Check the match between the gripper opening and closing link and the gripper shaft, gripper shaft and delivery rack.
3. Check if the gripper tooth protrusion N73-70133 is worn.
4. Check the wear of each pin and bushing on the lever and swing arm.
5. Measure whether the highest point size of the delivery cam matches the new highest cam dimension of the same cam.
6. Measure whether the rocker roller diameter is the same as the spare part diameter.
The above inspection results are not much problem. I analyzed that the above two phenomena are a comprehensive reflection of the wear of various parts of the paper-transferring structure. For example, all replacement parts are not necessary and have no conditions. I appropriately increased the size of the rocker roller. After inspection, the paper-handling tooth was swung in place. The paper-grabbing phenomenon disappeared. However, the hook paper phenomenon still exists. When printing, the wrinkle is only getting better and not completely eliminated. I decided to make a fuss on the N73-70133 paper-handling bump. I used the electric welding method to increase the height of the teeth at the tooth-opening bump by 2mm, and solved the problem of the tooth height of the paper-feeding teeth. The paper phenomenon disappeared. After more than six months of production inspection, both machines were operating normally and the wrinkle disappeared.
