Measures:

The second reason is due to the poor quality of corrugated paper.

Measures:

1. The corrugated paper is watery, and too much or too little moisture will cause the peaks to withstand the friction of the squeezing process of the caries and break or rot. This can be adjusted by pre-heating the core paper or presetting the spray. Poor function, if the moisture content of the paper is too large, replace the paper

2. When the corrugated base paper is subjected to excessive tension or inhomogeneity during the running winding process, the core paper tightness and the support roller tightness on the paper holder can be corrected to maintain the normal state.

The third reason is that the corrugating roller is too tightly engaged.

Measures:
1. According to the different quantitative and thickness of core paper,
Reasonably adjust the meshing tightness of the corrugated roller to avoid over-tightening;

2. With the change of the running speed of the core paper, the meshing pressure of the corrugating roller is adjusted in time to prevent the core paper from pinching at high speed.
