4, adhesion phenomenon

Cause: The adhesion between the finished metal prints or the tinplate and the rubber roller occurred.

Solution: (1) For the phenomenon of blocking between printed products, an appropriate amount of desiccant should be added to the ink to promote ink drying; if the coating is sticky after drying, the drying temperature of the coating oil should be increased. Or add the appropriate amount of paraffin in the varnish to reduce sticking.
(2) For the phenomenon of adhesion between tinplate and rubber cylinder, the viscosity of the ink should be reduced, and some varnish should be added appropriately; check if the tinplate thickness and printing pressure are reasonable; adjust the appropriate metal printing operation speed; control the ink volume.
(3) For the adhesion phenomenon that occurs when the UV light intensity is insufficient or the speed is too fast, the curing speed should be reduced and the UV power should be increased (not less than 120 W/cm).
