[Zhang Wei] Yizhongtao itself is a company with foreign trade as its core. It has only been transferred to China for a short period of one year. This time we brought several products with water-saving as the core. Four to five one-piece toilets. Regardless of the shape or some internal functions, we have paid attention to it. In particular, we have brought a small, fully intelligent toilet that is not limited by water pressure. We may be here in the future. Invest in more research and development.


[Reporter] What is the distribution of our current channel layout?


[Zhang Wei] We have just started to do domestically, and the channels are still relatively thin and relatively small. From 2012 to 2013, our core is still working on developing domestic channels.


[Reporter] Since it is more popular in the community, how do you think about the marketing model of entering the community?


[Zhang Wei] A situation that China's sanitary ware currently faces is called a small brand and a big market. Like the community, collection, I think this is one of the very good channels, but it is difficult to say that the channel is better, what kind of marketing is more accurate, because the situation is not exactly the same everywhere, but I agree with marketing Go to sales. I think the domestic sanitary ware competition in the past few years is still relatively vicious. There are not many marketing companies that can really talk about marketing, especially as companies have less marketing. The core dealers do a good job in marketing performance, and I personally feel that.


[Reporter] How about the market sales in the first half of this year?

[Zhang Wei] We should say that it is still good, and our products are still very good in engineering.


[Reporter] What is the difference between sales in the first quarter and the same period last year?


[Zhang Wei] This is not comparable, because we did not sell last year, we can only say that it is very good, we are still optimistic about this market.


[Reporter] What new adjustments have we made in our marketing strategy?


[Zhang Wei] We take service as the core, and we pay more attention to technology and services. In these two pieces, we hope to have excellent performance in the market.


[Reporter] We are facing the market competition in 2012, what is the corporate strategy?


[Zhang Wei] I don't think you have any experience at this exhibition. This is the most beautiful exhibition that I have participated in in the past five years. Especially the leading companies, such as Kohler, TOTO, etc. have already participated. This illustrates a problem, domestic sales are now facing a rather large problem. As we are divided into several segments from the marketing strategy, the first we highlight our services, pre-sales, sales and after-sales. Pre-sales training, an understanding of the shopping guide process and individual needs. After the sale, we have done a lot of work on the quality of the products and the security of the system. I think this is a basic point of our future focus on marketing, and Yizhongtao is fully marketing. I think it is a matter of 2013, because we are very small, we still hope to make the foundation more solid. From the channel, we are still developing regional agents, which is currently our core work.


[Reporter] Speaking of strategy, SouFun also launched a study on the trend of Chinese furniture consumption. In 14 key cities, as a sample of research in key enterprises, how can we lead the trend of China's household consumption as a new enterprise?


[Zhang Wei] Consumers are like this. If you pay attention to him, he will naturally pay attention to you. I am still the concept. China has about 150 billion sanitary products sold a year. In fact, no one really says that it has a real right to speak in market share, but whoever pays more attention to customers gets more The return, like Kohler. There are also some companies in the country that have done a very good job. This is an example for us to learn. Of course, I think Soufang is doing such research very well, because it is difficult for us in the sanitary industry to get a very accurate report with guiding significance to the company until now. We will actively cooperate and we will actively participate. Of course, as Italian Ceramics, we have performed very well in the export market for so many years. We also hope to bring some foreign ideas, bring some international standards, and even bring some consumer experiences to China. This may make our domestic market more innovative, and we will make progress faster.


[Reporter] What kind of views or opinions do you have on this consumption channel?


[Zhang Wei] I have not only said one sentence on one occasion. For about ten years, I have had such face-to-face communication with 5,000 dealers. The topic of these 5,000 dealers is eternal. This year's business is harder to do than last year. Why? The consumer market is becoming more and more mature. I feel that only by adapting to the market, only knowing the dealers, understanding the customers, and accurately positioning can have a better chance. So I think this trend survey is very important. It's a bit like the trend research in the fashion industry. If we report that it can do a lot of guidance for the industry like this, we also expect such a report to come out soon.


[Reporter] What kind of development trend do you think is the market for the entire sanitary industry?


[Zhang Wei] I don't think there will be any big changes in three to five years. It is still a brand of brand, and it is uneven, but I believe that in the next five years or so, Chinese sanitary ware will have a shuffle, real Chinese sanitary ware. The giant has not yet appeared. We hope that we can also take the first place in this market through our own efforts. We also hope to face such competition, which is a good thing for the bathroom industry.
