Prefabricated bag vacuum packaging new technology

The United States, Illinois and Viskase Co., Ltd. of Chicago jointly developed and launched a new prefabricated vacuum packaging technology for ribs packaging, which has been welcomed by the market. This rib pack is made of 5 layers of co-extruded film, namely ethylene vinyl acetate/pad/ethylene vinyl alcohol/pad/EVA. The shrink film has good puncture resistance and can prevent oxygen blocking protection of the ribs. Adopting a prefabricated bag vacuum packaging process not only maintains the flavor of the ribs but also reduces related costs.
