3 simulation printing process technology

(1) Process flow: direct printing → drying → heat treatment → calendering (if necessary).

(2) Process conditions: Simulation printing is generally performed on deep colors, and the selected color mortar has good hiding power and can be mixed with transparent glue. The printed fabric must have three-dimensional thickness, softness, smoothness and elasticity, and the pattern cannot be broken.
