3. The machine platform must be connected to a 220V ± 5% 50HZ power supply and good grounding protection measures must be provided.
4. After turning on the power switch on the panel, the panel is powered up and the monitor will automatically open the program.
5. Check whether the stroke protection device of the machine is valid and the position is reasonable.
6. Press the zero key to set it to zero, press the “peak†key, press the “down†key, and after the surface of the desired test article, press the “test†key to test.
7. Place the test specimen in the middle of the platen, press the zero and peak keys, and continue to press the down key to start the test.
8. Do not allow direct contact with the upper and lower platens or test with metal-type test pieces.
9. In the test process, if there is an abnormal situation, press the stop button and immediately notify the maintenance personnel to test. Can be used only after troubleshooting.
10. The display accepts the pressure sensor signal from the top of the upper platen and displays the current pressure value. Press the zero key to clear
