At the 2003 China International Corrugated Exhibition, it was fortunate to have met Mr. Jian Zhuhai, the general manager of Taiwan Qunbang Machinery Co., Ltd. Kunbang Machinery specializes in the production of roller conveyors, complete plant automation conveyor systems, and table lifts and lifts for many years. It has successfully provided a series of complete plant conveyor systems and solutions for some well-known manufacturers in Taiwan and internationally. Mr. Jian used his own experience to discuss some of the issues that should be paid attention to in the process of building or expanding a carton plant in the actual work. He talked about some very practical suggestions and put it into a written document for reference by readers and business managers.
For each carton plant establishment or expansion, investors are most concerned about the benefits. In practice, to have a good return for the enterprise, it is first necessary to control the cost, and there are many problems in the planning, installation, commissioning, and commissioning of new equipment that are worth studying. If it is not handled properly at the beginning, it will have a negative impact on future production operations, so that the expected benefits will not be guaranteed. In the following, we mainly discuss some suggestions for equipment placement and collocation.
Installation and coordination of production lines and ancillary equipment Investment in a new carton factory First of all, we must determine the layout of the entire plant, and then develop a comprehensive design plan for the plant floor plan. Before purchasing the equipment, first determine the placement of the corrugated board production line, including the position and orientation of the printing equipment, the entire plant conveying system and other ancillary equipment, and the reserved passages and spaces. Before the selection and signing of the contract, it is necessary to repeatedly discuss with the manufacturers of corrugated board production lines and printing machines and other equipment to discuss some specific installation problems. It is best to consult with other supporting suppliers such as the whole plant conveying system to eliminate potential problems. Invisible. After many discussions and research, we can only order equipment when there is no problem with the solution, so as to avoid problems caused by improper configuration in the future. At the same time, we must also consider setting aside space for the future upgrade or upgrade of the production line. As a result, even if all equipments are not equipped at one time, new equipment can be arranged conveniently when they are added, avoiding the trouble caused by the unreasonable overall configuration in the future.
When we upgrade and renovate old plants, they are often subject to restrictions on site and pattern. These are inevitable problems. Compared to the construction of new plants, upgrading of old plants will be difficult. At this time, we must make some variability adjustments to minimize the trouble. First of all, according to the plan to study whether the placement plan is tight, whether there is any problem in the placement of machinery and equipment according to the plan, whether there is any impact on the old production line, and whether the matching of the research equipment is reasonable. After repeated argumentation and correctness, it can be put into practice, and the plan can be adjusted according to the changes of objective conditions at any time during actual operation. Normally, equipment manufacturers have more practical installation experience and can provide valuable reference opinions for customers. Therefore, they should communicate with them regularly and ask them to provide some amendment opinions so that they can solve the problems in time. The factory should generally provide the necessary drawings and other information for the equipment manufacturer's reference. If necessary, it is best to ask some experts to cooperate with these things. Do not blindly lead and cause unnecessary losses.
Production Lines and Supporting Equipment When the general factory upgrades and purchases production lines, they always want to get in one step and go all the way to the most advanced and highest-capacity production lines. In fact, there are some problems that must be considered. The original width of the production line is the same as the preparation of the new line width, which is worthy of attention; how will the two or more production lines be configured?
In general, a new production line with 1.6 meters of old production line and 2.5 meters is more reasonable. These two lines can produce many orders of the same specification (Table 1) (see this issue of the magazine).
When the order requirement is 1.2 meters wide, the 1.6-meter and 2.5-meter production lines can drive production orders at the same time; if the new production line is 2.2 meters, they can only continue to run single-phase specifications. Excluding other factors, the second scheme will be 1/3 lower than the first scheme at the same speed. This is a figure that cannot be ignored.
In addition, the collocation of printers and other equipment and the entire plant transportation system also needs careful consideration.
The carton factory usually hopes that the speed of the printing press is as fast as possible, but it ignores whether the speed of the entire conveyor system is smooth. If the average speed of the entire plant conveyor system is chosen to be less than the average speed of the printer, the efficiency of the printer will be constrained by the entire plant conveyor system, often stopping to wait for the delivery of the cardboard, making the printer unable to maximize its efficiency. In the same way, the equipment (printing slotting machine, gluing machine, strapping machine, etc.) at each end of the whole plant conveying system must be matched with the entire plant conveying system and other equipment in order to achieve the maximum production efficiency of the whole plant. Some manufacturers continue to add new equipment in order to increase production efficiency. However, unreasonable configuration may not be able to exert the efficiency that new equipment can create.
In addition, the quality of the equipment will also affect the production efficiency. The equipment usually has a certain profit margin. Under the same profit margin, the materials, accessories and technical content of higher price products will be better. On the contrary, the inexpensive materials will have to compress some expenses to reduce costs and stabilize the products. Sex, reliability, and durability will also be discounted. Many carton makers are not aware of the intangible losses caused by frequent shutdowns that affect the production capacity, and unreasonably increased many non-fixed maintenance costs, resulting in the savings of funds saved by the previous purchase of equipment.
1. Work chair: This is the most common type of office chair designed for use on a desk or computer. They usually have adjustable height, backrest, and armrests, and are usually mounted on wheels for easy movement.
2. Executive chair: These chairs are larger and more luxurious than task chairs, with higher backrests and more padding. They are usually made of leather and have more advanced functions such as tilting and tilting. Suitable for high-level personnel in various offices.
3. Conference chair: These chairs are designed for use in conference rooms and are usually lighter and more stackable than other office chairs, making it easier to decorate the venue. They may have adopted a more minimalist design and come with a writing pad.
