Relationship between high efficiency filter and clean room air volume and air exchange times

1. Purpose: Prove that the air conditioning system is balanced and has sufficient air volume.

2. Equipment: GDF type hot ball anemometer.

3. Verification method:

(1) The wind speed of the high-efficiency filter air volume hood discharge port is measured by an anemometer.

(2) Each measurement time is not less than 15 seconds.

High-efficiency filter air supply = average wind speed * cross-sectional area.

Determination of the number of air changes in the room:

Air exchange times / h = total room air volume * 3600 / room volume.

The total air supply volume of the room = the sum of the air supply volume of each high efficiency filter in the room.

4. Acceptable standard: Adjust the air supply volume according to the design air volume and the number of air changes in each room of the air conditioning system. The number of ventilations is ≥25 times/h.

From the above point of view, we must not forget the relevant parameters and performance of the high-efficiency filter when calculating the air volume and the number of air changes in the clean room.
