The working principle of the thermal shock test chamber:
Both the high and low refrigeration cycles use an inverse card cycle, which consists of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The process is as follows: the refrigerant is adiabatically compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, and the work is exhausted to increase the temperature of the exhaust gas, and then the refrigerant is heat-exchanged with the surrounding medium through the condenser isothermally, and the heat is transferred to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant is adiabatically expanded by the valve, the temperature of the refrigerant is lowered. Finally, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the higher temperature object isothermally through the evaporator, so that the temperature of the object to be cooled is lowered. This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of cooling.
Precautions for the thermal shock test chamber:
1. During operation, please do not open the door unless absolutely necessary, otherwise the following adverse consequences may result. If the high temperature hot gas is flushed out of the box during high temperature test, it is very dangerous. If the temperature is low temperature test, the freezing system will be easy to frost, which will affect the test effect. The inside of the door still maintains high temperature, which may cause fire alarm and cause malfunction.
2. Please note that the machine must be grounded safely and reliably to avoid static induction.
3. Avoid turning the refrigeration unit off and on within three minutes.
4. If the water is cold, please use tap water or treated soft water to keep the cooling system circuit smooth.
5. If the hot sample is placed in the box, please use the external power supply for the sample power control. Do not use the power directly.
The temperature test box can not be installed upside down and must be placed horizontally on the floor to make the operation of the temperature test box easy to open, reducing the noise during mechanical operation.
