I. Overview
The cleaning and passivation construction scheme is as follows:
1. Cleaning and passivation range: pipes, fittings and valves of clean pipes for construction.
2. Water requirements: The water used in all the following process operations is deionized water. Please cooperate with Party A for water production.
3. Safety precautions: The following safety precautions are taken in the pickling solution:
(1) The operator wears a clean, transparent anti-virus mask, put on acid-proof clothing, and put on gloves.
(2) All operations are first to add water to the container, plus chemicals, not to the contrary, while stirring.
(3) The cleaning and passivation solution must be neutral before discharge, and the discharge should be discharged from the sewage outlet of the water system to facilitate environmental protection.
Second, the cleaning program
1, pre-cleaning
(1) Formulation: deionized water at room temperature.
(2) Operating procedure: Circulate with a water pump at a pressure of 2/3 bar with a circulating water pump. After 15 minutes, open the drain valve and discharge while circulating.
(3) Temperature: Moderate.
(4) Time: 15 minutes.
(5) Discharge the deionized water for cleaning.
2, lye cleaning
(1) Formulation: Prepare NaOH chemically pure reagent and add hot water (temperature not lower than 70 °C) to prepare 1% (volume concentration) lye.
(2) Operating procedure: Circulate with a pump for at least 30 minutes, then discharge.
(3) Temperature: 70 ° C.
(4) Time: 30 minutes.
(5) Let go of the cleaning solution.
3, deionized water rinse:
(1) Formulation: deionized water at room temperature.
(2) Operation procedure: Circulate with a water pump at a pressure of 2/3 bar with a circulating water pump. After 30 minutes, open the drain valve and discharge while circulating.
(3) Temperature: room temperature.
(4) Time: 15 minutes.
(5) Discharge the deionized water for cleaning.
Third, the passivation scheme
1, acid passivation
(1) Formulation: 8% acid solution was prepared with deionized water and chemically pure nitric acid.
(2) Operating procedure: Circulate for 60 min with a circulating water pump maintained at 2/3 bar pressure. After 60 min, the appropriate NaOH was added until the pH was equal to 7, and the drain valve was opened and discharged while circulating.
(3) Temperature: 49 ° C - 52 ° C.
(4) Time: 60 minutes.
(5) Let go of the passivation solution.
2, purified water rinse
(1) Formulation: deionized water at room temperature.
(2) Operation procedure: Circulate with a water pump at a pressure of 2/3 bar with a circulating water pump. After 5 minutes, open the drain valve and discharge while circulating.
(3) Temperature: room temperature.
(4) Time: 5 minutes.
(5) Discharge the deionized water for cleaning.
3, purified water and then rinse
(1) Formulation: deionized water at room temperature.
(2) Operating procedure: Circulate with a water pump at a pressure of 2/3 bar with a circulating water pump until the pH of the effluent is neutral.
(3) Temperature: room degree.
(4) Time: Not less than 30 minutes.
(5) Discharge the deionized water for cleaning.
Note: When using the pure water system circulation pump for cleaning passivation, the precision filter element must be removed to avoid damage to the filter element.
