4. Familiar with the main power socket on the right (temperature control, mixing control power supply), auxiliary power socket (refrigeration, circulating water); and correspondingly connect to the power supply (220V, 50HZ)

5. Familiar with the main power switch on the right (temperature control, stirring control power supply), auxiliary power switch (refrigeration, circulating water), circulating water control switch, and water addition switch (before turning on the refrigeration and circulating water, first connect the water addition plastic with a silicone tube Connect the other end into the prepared clean bucket water; then turn on the water switch, the water will be automatically added; there is a water level gauge on the left side behind the instrument; the water level height is displayed; the water level should be the middle height of the water level gauge)

6. The fully automatic intelligent distillation apparatus turns on the main power switch (the far left side of the panel).

7. Click on "Intelligent Integrated Distillation Instrument"

8. Click "Sulfur Dioxide Residue Detector"

9. Select "Recipe Settings" in the lower right corner of the main interface above, and the following recipe setting interface will be displayed (please note: the recipe number "cyanide" ---- will follow the "previous mode"-"next one The click of "Mode" changes and changes to "Ammonia Nitrogen", "Volatile Phenol", etc .; select and set the required test parameters according to the needs) Set the temperature and time of each channel according to the experimental requirements. 10. Click to open the "heating parameters" and set the heating parameters

11. The recipe is set, please click the logo above, click "Save parameters", then click "Use parameters"; then click "Return", the main interface icon will appear again

12. Click on the icon of "Intelligent Integrated Distillation Apparatus", the working interface of "Intelligent Integrated Distillation Apparatus" will appear, and then click "Start" (click "Previous Mode" --- "Next Mode" to select the recipe Numbered as "cyanide" "ammonia nitrogen" "volatile phenol", etc.)

13. Click on the icon of "Sulfur Dioxide Residue Detector", then the "Sulfur Dioxide Residue Detector" working interface will appear, and then click "Start" (click "Previous Mode" --- "Next Mode" to select the recipe Numbered as "sulfur dioxide"

14. As shown in the figure above, under the working interface, the main switch, auxiliary switch and circulating water switch are all in the on state at this time. And the display interface is "Recipe": which has been set. At this time, click: "Refrigeration", the refrigeration compressor works; click "Circulation Water", there will be condensate circulating in the condensate tube (the wheel is visible); click "Stir", the stirrer added to the liquid will rotate and stir, and Adjust the speed according to the requirements (panel speed control knob); click "heating" separately to heat each channel separately and adjust the temperature as required (panel temperature control knob)

15. After the experiment is completed, turn off the main power switch on the panel, the main power switch on the right, the auxiliary power switch, and the circulating water switch in sequence. Finally, unplug the power cord.

16. If you do the experiment again, start the instrument directly. If you do n’t change the recipe setting, it will be executed according to the original recipe.
